We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved or be expected to achieve an Engineering, Science or any analytical related degree – that’s it!.... no prior experience needed.
Key skills / attributes that we’d be looking for from the successful candidate are;
You will have the opportunity for training as part of our Hydraulic Modelling Academy, and once you have developed hydraulic knowledge and modelling skills you will work with the wider business to support practical problem solving.
You will develop the skills and knowledge to use hydraulic models to support our operation. This includes using models to help in understanding the operation of assets, potential impacts on customers or the environment, and ways to mitigate issues like supply loss and water quality.

Good to know
Your graduate scheme will primarily be based South-East Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
Recruitment process - we are running our adverts until December 8th. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, which likely take place at our head office (Cardiff) between February/March 2025. Further information will be provided closer to the time. We are looking for a CV and cover letter that shows off how you will make a difference and add value.
