Your Graduate Scheme

Operational Technology (OT) in the water industry connects people with assets and equipment to produce clean water and treatment of wastewater. OT ensures the smooth running of water automation systems, preventing loss of production or treatment, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Work with our Operational Technology teams, developing the knowledge and skills to configure our OT systems to support the production of clean water and treatment of wastewater.

Good to know

Your graduate scheme will primarily be based South-East Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.

Recruitment process - We are running our adverts until December 8th. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, which likely take place at a location in Cardiff between February/March 2025. Further information will be provided closer to the time. We are looking for a CV and cover letter that shows off how you will make a difference and add value.
