Your role as an HSE Coordinator will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Administrator to support our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team in maintaining and improving safety standards across the organisation. This is a vital role where your organisational skills and commitment to compliance will help ensure a safe and responsible working environment for all.

As an HSE Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate HSE records, supporting audits and inspections, coordinating training schedules, and assisting with incident reporting and investigations. You’ll work closely with the HSE Manager and wider team to ensure all documentation is up to date and aligned with current legislation and company policies.

This role requires someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail, and can confidently manage confidential information. Experience in a similar administrative or HSE support role is desirable, along with strong IT skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

In return, we can offer a salary of £26,000-£28,000 (doe), progression opportunities, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, Medicash cover, Death in Service (x4 salary) and a 5% employer pension contribution.
