We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a key role within the business, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a positive, can-do attitude. You should be comfortable multitasking in a busy environment and able to manage your time efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with strong IT skills and attention to detail.
In this role, you’ll greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls and emails, manage incoming and outgoing post, and support colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks. You'll help maintain office supplies, keep shared spaces tidy and well-organised, and ensure that general administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

In return, we can offer a salary of £24,671.88, progression opportunities, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, Medicash cover, Death in Service (x4 salary) and a 5% employer pension contribution.
