In this position, individuals focus on both operational and Human Resources tasks as the primary point of contact for all HR related administrative and process requirements:
- Under limited supervision, plans and carries out processes and procedures relating to all aspects of Human Resources.
- Builds good internal relationships within the HR team and business units, and works in an international environment.
- May support one or more of the following functional areas: recruitment and selection, college relations, compensation, employee relations, benefit administration, benefit enrollments, new employee orientation, EEO/AA program administration, workers compensation, government reporting and compliance, health and safety, performance management, training, records administration, immigration administration, and/or other HR related duties.
- Properly executes the decisions of members of management in the assigned area of HR responsibilities.
- May prepare and present management and employee training programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals and policies.
- Coordinates company initiatives to foster high employee engagement.
- May prepare and present limited company policy changes.
- May prepare and present reports to HR and company management.
