HR Operations Intern (12-Month Program with Permanent Potential)

Are you ready to kick-start your career in Human Resources and make a real impact at a global company? F5 is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our team in Chertsey, UK.

This 12-month internship is an incredible opportunity for a fresh graduate eager to dive into the dynamic world of HR, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on your performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with HR Operations: Support our HR team in managing processes across the UK and Ireland.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Be part of creating and managing the onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Probation Period Management: Help follow up and manage the probation process with managers.
  • Contract and Letters Generation: Learn to draft employment contracts and change in terms letters under expert guidance.
  • Immigration Requirements: Monitor and coordinate immigration needs for employees.
  • Employee Data Management: Work with HR systems like Workday to manage employee data.
  • Policy Reviews: Participate in policy reviews and prepare change letters.
  • HR Projects & Process Improvement: Engage in HR projects and support process improvements.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate or a student completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field by March 2025.
  • Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Team player with attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems like Workday is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the UK
