About The Role

We’re looking for an HR Operations & Compliance Specialist to support our People team with scalable processes, documentation, and compliance across multiple regions. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that our HR systems, records, and policies remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with our growth plans—especially across the DACH region.

What You Will Do

  • Own and streamline HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, benefits, terminations, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records (e.g. personnel files, policies, right-to-work documentation)
  • Support international employment compliance, particularly in Germany and the wider EU
  • Collaborate with Legal and external partners to ensure we meet employment law requirements
  • Help roll out new HR tools and systems, ensuring adoption and data integrity
  • Prepare employment documents and process changes in a timely, accurate manner
  • Be a trusted go-to person for day-to-day HR inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Contribute to audits, GDPR compliance, and internal reporting
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless experience for employees and managers

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in HR operations, compliance, or HR shared services
  • Familiarity with EU employment law, ideally with exposure to Germany
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with HR systems e.g. Workday

What Gives You An Edge

  • Professional proficiency in German
  • Experience supporting scale-up or high-growth tech environments
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
