Are you ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, people-focused environment? We are looking for an experienced part time HR Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen, supporting our Head of HR and playing a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture.

As Our HR Advisor, You Will Be The Go-to Expert For All Things People-related. From Recruitment And Onboarding To Performance Management And Employee Relations, You Will Be Involved In The Full Employee Lifecycle. You Will Advise On

  • Performance and absence management
  • HR policy development and implementation
  • Recruitment strategies and talent acquisition
  • Supporting line managers with employee relations cases
  • Training and development initiatives
  • Employment law and compliance
  • Contributing to global HR projects and initiatives

No two days are the same in this generalist role, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where your input truly matters.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a skilled HR professional with a strong track record in advisory roles, backed by CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience. You will bring expert knowledge of UK employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with managers. Most importantly, you will be driven by a passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace.

This is a part-time role, with flexibility around working hours. We anticipate between 20 to 25 hours per week and are open to discussing a schedule that works for both you and the team.
