A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOTEL RECEPTIONIST AT THE DUKE OF CORNWALL HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.
Welcoming our lovely guests
Providing assistance and answering calls and direct enquiries
Using computer system to ensure accuracy of accounting and billing
Handling cash and ensure security of information at all times
Working as a team and on your own within the recpetion space

To succeed in the role of Hotel Receptionist, you will need the following qualities and skills.
Great interpersonal skills
A happy and friendly disposition
Ablity to communicate well with guests and staff
