We are currently looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join a multi-disciplinary practice based in Plymouth. The successful individual will be working for a large Architectural team within the area. Our client offers a salary of up to £45,000 DOE, hybrid and flexible working, private healthcare, life insurance as well as social and friendly working environment!
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to take leadership and also grow within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will act on behalf of both - public and private sector clients across a complete range of projects valued between £3m - £15m.

Senior Interior Designer Job Overview
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that align with client objectives
- Oversee and coordinate the production of 3D renderings and visualisations
- Manage and supervise junior designers, providing guidance and mentoring
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and vision, providing creative solutions
- Experience in leading a design team
- Experience in commercial large-scale design
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent technical skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong building regulations knowledge is beneficial
- Salary £35,000 - £45,000 (D.O.E.)
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday, holiday increases with service
- Ability to purchase and sell holiday
