Williams is looking for a Heritage Car Assembly Manager, someone with hands-on experience building and running race cars, a deep understanding of historic motorsport, and a proven track record in workshop and project management.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the preparation and delivery of our iconic Heritage car collection and customer vehicles, working at the heart of a team that celebrates the legacy of Williams in Grand Prix racing. From restoration to event execution, you’ll ensure every car and component meets the highest standards on time, on budget, and ready to impress.
Key Responsibilities
You’re an experienced motorsport professional with a solid grounding in the historic (ideally) car industry. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, hands-on approach to everything you do. With strong organisational and project management skills, you’re confident leading workshop operations and coordinating across departments to deliver high-quality results.
You’re a natural communicator who builds strong relationships internally and externally, and you’re comfortable adapting to the demands of live events and tight deadlines. Your technical expertise is matched by your attention to detail and your ability to juggle multiple projects without compromising on quality whilst delivering on time.
