Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.
Benefits of joining our team include competitive pay rates, confirmed rotas, and full clinical training. Whether you have experience in complex care or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young boy in Olney, Milton Keynes.
He is a happy and affectionate boy who brings joy to everyone around him.
His love for water is clear, whether he’s splashing around during bath time or enjoying a swim. Singing and playing with sensory toys, especially those with buttons, are among his favourite activities and keeps him entertained and engaged.
He thrives in school and looks forward to the daily journeys in the school taxi or any car ride, which he finds exciting. He also enjoys going for walks, supported by his care team, where he can explore and enjoy the outdoors.
Your role is to support him after school and be the expert in his care. You’ll have fun with therapeutic play at home, help him wind down with his evening and bedtime routine, creating a relaxing space for sleep, and manage his clinical care needs.
This isn't just a job – it's a chance to have a significant impact on a person's life.
Please note, our service user’s parents have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
