Join the Chippenham Neighbourhood Team – Community Healthcare Support Worker
Hours: 30 per week
The Chippenham Neighbourhood Team is seeking a Community Healthcare Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly team providing care to people in their own homes and local community.
This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting individuals’ independence, wellbeing, and recovery . Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with a range of healthcare tasks under the guidance of registered professionals.
We welcome applications from both experienced Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers and those who are new to community healthcare and keen to develop their skills through training and supervision .
