We are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales/Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Head of Sales Role Overview
This is a pivotal leadership position where you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Executives and Business Development Managers.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior sales or commercial role within the freight forwarding industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams.
In-depth knowledge of air, ocean, and road freight operations.
Strong commercial acumen with a record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Compensation & Benefits
