JOB DESCRIPTION

This performance lifestyle brand is seeking a qualified accountant to serve as a key player in building a finance engine that supports rapid growth from £8 million to £30 million in revenue. Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will be responsible for management reporting, financial planning and analysis, and ensuring compliance and control. The candidate will optimize systems and data, coach the finance team, and lead strategic projects. Working within a hybrid model, this role offers the opportunity to shape the company’s financial journey while contributing to an innovative performance-lifestyle ecosystem that prioritizes training, nutrition, and apparel for driven individuals.
