A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Head of Delivery Management, your day will be filled with varied and impactful tasks. You'll lead a dynamic team of supply chain delivery coordinators and data reporting specialists to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects. Your role will involve critical parts blocking issues, risk management, and the oversight of production forecasting. Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We house all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof, providing decarbonization opportunities through modernisation and digitalisation of the fleet.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Oversee the production delivery of SGT units, ensuring all projects meet their deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage critical parts blocking issue and risk resolution processes to mitigate delivery risks and ensure flawless execution.
- Standardise tools and processes across delivery reporting using SAP as the primary system.
- Train and develop SC delivery professionals to ensure zero build stops and maintain schedule adherence.
- Coordinate and lead important collaborator reviews with project management and senior operational leaders.
- Forecast production plans and manage material availability to ensure on-time delivery.
- Proven experience in delivery management within engineering or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address risk management and critical parts blocking issues.
- Proficiency in using SAP for reporting and process standardization.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external senior leadership teams.
- A proactive and ambitious approach with the determination to successfully implement strategic plans.
