In this senior role, you’ll have full ownership of all Product and Service orders which have successfully passed through the Sales Operations - Order Management Gate. From overseeing seamless installations to managing resource planning, you’ll ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard. Leading a growing team of 10, you’ll empower your people, streamline processes, and optimise systems to deliver cutting-edge WAN, LAN, Firewall, NAC, and Wi-Fi solutions with a customer-first focus.

What You’ll Do:
- People Leadership: Build, nurture and develop your team, and identify and grow talent to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Process Improvement: Simplify workflows, cut inefficiencies, and provide clear, actionable reporting.
- Systems Excellence: Align systems with processes, ensure seamless integration, and standardise reporting for greater transparency and consistency
- Management & Customer-Centric: Lead by example, inspire confidence, and balance efficiency with a customer-first approach to meet goals and priorities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Use your exceptional communication skills to build strong partnerships with Engineering Operations, ensuring seamless access to Field Engineering and Network Specialist resources.
- 10+ years of providing operational and project leadership across organisations delivering large-scale projects.
- Expertise in managing P&L responsibilities.
- Management experience leading teams of 10+ people.
- Skills in data analysis (Excel, Power BI), process improvement (e.g.Lean Six Sigma), and exceptional communication.
- ISP (Internet Service Provider) or MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry experience.
- Salary: £75-90,000
- Time Off: 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays)—and it only gets better!
