• A dynamic leader with extensive experience in high:volume, premium restaurants.
• Skilled in leading and training large kitchen teams, ensuring high standards during every service.
• Hands:on with food preparation, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurants fine dining ethos.
• Knowledgeable in BOH administration, including stock control, ordering, and compliance.
• Calm, organised, and confident under pressure, with a focus on building team morale.
