Role And Responsibilities
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children during lunchtimes.
- Engage with students in the playground, creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
- Address minor issues or conflicts and report any concerns to relevant staff members.
- Adhere to the school's safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A friendly and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
- A supportive and collaborative working environment.
