The Guest Services team handle the check-in of around 4,000 guests twice a week at each Village and are the key point of contact for guest queries, concerns and issues at any time of day or year. Each Guest Services team is integral to delivering an experience that will exceed guests’ expectations, from the moment they drive into Center Parcs, until the moment they leave.
GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT | £11.90 per hour
This is a fixed-term role until 22nd August 2025
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
The guest services department is the main point of contact for guest enquiries. In this role, you will provide guests with advice, answering queries and resolving problems. The ideal candidate will need to be confident with handling guest complaints and escalating issues where necessary. Other responsibilities will include checking guests in at our Arrivals Lodge, handling enquiries on our Maintenance Helpdesk, booking activities on our leisure booking system and reporting any faults to the Technical Services and Housekeeping departments.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be willing to deal with guests both over the telephone and face-to-face.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
Flexible hours over a 4 week period. Shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, will include alternate weekends
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good level of computer literacy
- Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues
- Works well with others in a team
- Previous experience working in a similar role or environment
