The Growth Marketing Manager will play an essential role in driving revenue opportunities for our fast-growing SaaS solution. This position is ideal for a commercially-savvy self-starter ready to influence revenue generation and scale our solutions. You will have full accountability and ownership of all marketing activities, from campaign creation and execution to website management and paid ads. Collaborating with central marketing functions, you will be integral in driving growth and helping establish new solutions within the Ideagen portfolio. This role combines strategic insight with operational execution, requiring a proactive, tenacious, and accountable individual.
- Develop and implement compelling marketing materials to drive lead generation activities.
- Own all marketing activities, reporting on campaign success and providing feedback on relevant KPIs.
- Create go-to-market messaging and strategies to enhance sales enablement.
- Utilise digital channels to amplify content, including social media (organic and paid), PPC, email, and more.
- Support pipeline growth through collaboration with BDR and Sales, deploying a variety of channels such as webinars, content marketing, website management, paid ads, and email campaigns.
- Analyse the competitive landscape, target audiences, brand proposition, and key messages to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Self-sufficiency in creating, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns.
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing and lead generation is essential.
- Strong understanding of revenue targets and pipeline growth.
- Commercially-savvy with a focus on key commercial metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong creative mindset.
- Analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in digital channels, including SEO, Google Analytics, PPC.
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar CRM tools) is preferable.
