OhChat now has over 250,000 users and hosts Digital Twins of household names, and our API is integrated into some of the biggest platforms in the adult content space, distributing those Digital Twins across the internet. Backed by $10M in venture funding, we’re quickly establishing ourselves as the dominant, essential layer for adult creators and platforms to adopt AI.

Our aim is for OhChat to be the leading “AI OnlyFans” platform and our API to be the go-to for all adult platforms wanting the technology and our Digital Twins’ IP, in a combined package - ultimately we aim to be the most dominant AI player in the entire adult industry, ahead of expansion to adjacent industries such as companionship and more general creator industry.

Purpose of the Role

This role is responsible for building and scaling OhChat’s growth strategy across all acquisition and engagement channels. You’ll design experiments, optimise funnels, and drive down CAC while increasing lifetime value, ensuring OhChat becomes one of the fastest-growing platforms in the world.

You’ll partner closely with the Head of Marketing, product and creator experience to uncover insights, build growth loops, and deliver campaigns that bring millions of new fans into our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy for OhChat across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle channels.
  • Design and run high-impact acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, influencer, and affiliate.
  • Optimise conversion funnels and onboarding flows, using A/B testing and data insights to drive improvements.
  • Build and manage retention strategies through CRM, email, push, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Partner with product and design to implement growth experiments on the platform.
  • Develop attribution models and dashboards to track CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with social, content, and creator teams to amplify campaigns and integrate growth loops.
  • Stay ahead of growth marketing trends, consumer behaviour shifts, and new channel opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing with consumer-facing products.
  • Proven success in scaling user bases through multi-channel acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Expertise across paid acquisition platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) and CRM/lifecycle tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decision-making and optimise performance.
  • Ability to balance creative experimentation with disciplined, metrics-driven growth.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with autonomy and ownership.
  • Bonus: Experience in the creator economy, entertainment, or Web3.
