Green Fuels Product Manager (f/m/d)

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will start your day catching up on the latest Green Fuels and Decarbonization trends and engaging in conversations with your SE-wide interfaces. Then you will join regular calls to align and drive technology and product development. Later in the day you may have reserved dedicated time for deep dives into ongoing Green Fuels projects or supporting a potential public funding application. Afterwards, you start to prepare an internal workshop, a conference presentation or a meeting with customers or a potential partner.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Steer the R&D budget for Green Fuels related to Gas Turbines and prioritize resources towards impactful projects accordingly
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Green Fuels roadmaps for our Gas Services division aligned with long-term business objectives and market trends in close cooperation with the Product Directors, Strategy team, and the Execution units
• Survey and lead the application of external funding opportunities as well as being an active member of the Siemens Energy internal and external decarbonization community
• Support the go-to-market strategy for prioritized Green Fuels technologies in close cooperation with our strategy team, Completing units, Service regions and the wider Product Management team
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external collaborators, gathering insights to inform product development and ensure alignment with customer and market needs
• Stay abreast of emerging decarbonization technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant innovations into product development roadmaps and processes to maintain competitive edge
  
  
  

What You Bring

• University degree and long-term working experience in gas turbines R&D, product management, and/or business development
• Good knowledge of our gas turbines portfolio. In addition, knowledge of the different decarbonization pathways is beneficial
• You have experience in cross-organizational and cross-functional teams
• You are experienced in presenting technical and/or strategic topics to internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Understanding of our customers, markets and business development is beneficial
• You are a curious learner with a passion to explore new topics and expand your area of expertise, dedicated, pro-active, and well organized with the ability to work individually as well as a team member within a cross functional team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
