How You’ll Make an Impac

• tYou will need to be confident in front of customers and colleagues at all levels by having the key competencies and experience required to fully plan an outage which will enable the key stakeholders to execute the outage efficiently and in line with the customer expectation
• .The Technical Planner will be required to plan their own day to day workload and organise themselves effectively to ensure all outages are planned and documentation is prepared in a timely manner
• .You will be may also be asked to carry out “on the tools” work, if required, as a Lead Engineer to ensure you keep abreast of the issues faced by our engineers on site as well as keeping your experience and knowledge both fresh and up to date. Be able to mobilise at short notice including weekends
• .Be able to visit sites and customer facilities to assist with pre-outage surveys
• .Attention to detail and an excellent understanding of rotating equipment will be key for the planner to be able to plan and prepare an outage for all key stakeholders
• .Fundamentally you will be required to support the Project Manager, communicate the Outage Plan during the Pre-Mob Brief and help with technical issues either before or during the outage execution
• .Strong IT and admin skills, to utilise current and future IT systems for the plans and supporting documentation associated with each outage

• g.Essential: Experience within Medium / Large Organisations with an Engineering background, man management responsibility, commercial & financial management, background preferred Oil & Gas or service businesses, varied stakeholder managemen
• t.Essential: Extensive experience in organising large teams of service engineers and/or administration staff, ability to liaise with other stakeholders within the business, ideally an Engineering qualification, responsibility towards EHS and Zero Harm. Ability to implement new process and manage existing ones through a thorough auditing proces
