As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, work 1:1 with pupils needing extra help, and develop your skills in behaviour management and educational planning. Responsibilities Of a Graduate Teaching Assistant
Support pupils learning across a variety of subjects and activities
Lead small group interventions to reinforce key skills
Provide emotional and academic support to SEN pupils
Assist in classroom management and organisation
Be a committed and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant in every aspect of school life
Person Specification For a Graduate Teaching Assistant
Degree holder in Education, Psychology, English, or related subjects
A natural ability to engage and motivate young learners
Previous experience working with children is advantageous
DBS on the update service (or willingness )
