What You´ll Do
- Assist in managing and scheduling posts across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Create and adapt engaging content (posts, visuals, carousels, short videos, infographics) for target audiences.
- Monitor channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages in line with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports with insights and recommendations.
- Research competitor and industry trends to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging trends in B2B digital marketing.
- You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and digital channels.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Comfortable working with analytics to measure and improve results.
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
