Our Aberdeen office is seeking to recruit a Graduate Residential Surveyor to join their team.
The Role
The role will primarily involve undertaking Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a range of local and national clients.
Within this role you will also provide effective support to Surveyors by carrying out various tasks with minimal supervision.
Role Requirements
Relevant degree and professional membership. Ideally the candidate will be looking to begin the process of sitting their APC.
Our Graduates are supported through-out their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) journey by way of a structured training framework which is adapted to meet individual’s needs. Our aim is to provide candidates with the necessary training and experience to allow them to sit examinations/professional assessments with confidence, directed and supervised by our in-house APC Counsellors/Supervisors.
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will have will have an interest in working within a surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of Aberdeen and the surrounding area would be beneficial but is not essential.
