                            Graduate Development Surveyor
CCG (Scotland) is one of the country’s largest construction and manufacturing groups, and we seek an entry-level candidate to support our Developments team, which specialises in land acquisition and the provision of pre-construction services for the purpose of delivering private and affordable housing.
SALARY: £30k+
HOURS: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4pm, core flexible hours available
LOCATION: CCG (Scotland) Ltd HQ, 9 Cambuslang Road, Cambuslang Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8NB – office-based role, non-hybrid working.

The successful candidate will expand and develop skills relative to:
- Take offs
 - Cost planning
 - Ongoing review of the financial viability of developments
 - Financial reporting of private development projects
 - Management of design teams
 - Programming development projects
 - Statutory consents (e.g. Planning permission, Building warrants etc)
 - Land bidding and negotiation
 - Liaising with clients
 
- BSc Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying / Construction Management, or in the final year of their course
 - Experience in undertaking take offs
 - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
 - Basic knowledge of residential construction
 - Motivated and takes initiative.
 - Conscientious and detail-oriented
 - Experience working in an office environment – preferred but not essential
 - Driving licence
