What will you do?

Responsible for adoption of Google Appsheet across the business, facilitating user education, training/upskilling of colleagues, promoting the use of this tool to enable the business to create solutions for business problems.

Some accountabilities of the role:

  • Responsible for working with the key stakeholders within the business, our partner, and Google, to drive adoption of Google Appsheet, promote its use and represent TP in the wider Google community
  • Identify use cases across the business where AppSheet would be a suitable and coach business units to develop their own Applications.
  • Build relationships with the wider business and work with Technical Lead to enable you to upskill colleagues and google champions in Appsheet and establish which features will help the business, and ensure communication of new features to relevant audiences.
  • Responsibly for Identifying, defining, and tracking all benefits and outcomes required, from any programmes delivered.
  • Develop a road map for Appsheet as a workstream within the Google team.
  • Responsible for defining and implementing internal procedures / governance around the Google AppSheet platform. Ensuring applications adhere to our security and operational standards.
  • Responsible for working with key stakeholders to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Work to integrate AppSheet into other products in the Workspace ecosystem such as AppScript and Big Query
  • Explore how we integrate new products such as Gemini and Flows into AppSheet to automated business processes and improve our colleague/customer experience
  • Perform any other duties commensurate with the role and develop along with any future changes to the departmental ways of working and general business development.
