The position of Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) Specialist is fully office-based, requiring work on a rotational shift pattern of day (0700-1900) and night shifts (1900-0700), including weekends and public holidays.
As a Global Security Operations Centre Specialist in our Security Operations team, you will manage day-to-day operations and incidents, ensuring the safety and security of our firm's personnel and assets. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide situational updates and support, while also playing a key role in our crisis management structure. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where your skills and expertise will be valued and utilized to their fullest potential.

The Global Security (GS) team protects the firm’s people and assets, ensuring the safety of business operations through the implementation of technology, best-in-class talent and client collaboration. Teams are responsible for developing safety policies and procedures, customer safety, pre-employment screening, fraud investigations and security operations on a global basis.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide support and situational updates to stakeholders for incidents impacting employees, assets, or operations.
- Monitor and manage travel security operations, ensuring high-risk travel is assessed and supported.
- Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries from across the firm.
- Support crisis management by organizing meetings, taking notes, and providing updates.
- Monitor critical facility alarms and ensure timely responses within established SLAs.
- Conduct thorough investigations using CCTV and monitoring applications.
- Conduct alarm testing, identify faults, and follow up until resolved.
- Compile and send travel and analytical reports as required.
- Experience in Incident Management, Security Operations Centres, or Crisis Management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple workstreams.
- Exceptional written communication skills for producing comprehensive reports.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, confident in presenting at high levels.
- Understanding of potential threats to personnel, assets, and operations.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Experience in access control, alarm monitoring, intruder detection, and CCTV monitoring applications.
- Aptitude to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
