The Role

Salary: £55,000+ bonus + car
Location: Norwich
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include weekend work due to the nature of the industry.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, commercially-minded leader of people. Developing individuals within our team is at the heart of what we do, from 1-1s, team meetings, development plans and teaching others to do the same.
You are accountable for your store's profit and loss accounts, you will oversee the multiple functions on site to ensure they are compliant, cohesive and creative.
You will actively learn and promote Motorpoint best practice throughout the site; including the general running of sales, customer and vehicle preparation collaborating with all department management to align to the business priorities.

- Due to the nature of the role, we will require you to have held a driving licence for more than a year. Infrequent travel to other Motorpoint locations may be necessary*

Key Responsibilities
- Daily review of KPIs and action plans
- Customer record and sales lead management
- Second face customers - to add value or placate any issues
- Weekly 1-1s with team members
- Daily and weekly reporting on trends and identifying areas for improvement
- Weekly meetings with key stakeholders across the business
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resource management and planning, including annual leave and rotas
- Working with our finance and accounts team to review profit and loss accounts, invoices and areas of opportunity
- Target setting and collating commissions for payroll
- Monthly full site meeting
- Team recognition
- Boosting your team's social media presence
- Developing and implementing longer term people and performance strategy
- Organising regular team forums and socials
