Salary – Up to £58,000 per year, depending on experience & volume PLUS BONUS. Open to conversation & negotiation.

As a Caravan General Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering our ‘Caravan of Love’ style of customer experience with your team and serving up our ‘well-travelled’ food and drink, which is inspired by flavours from our founders’ native New Zealand, as well as their global travels
  • Working with your Head Chef to nurture and develop your team
  • Your own learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills and take ownership of your role and your restaurant
