At Serco, we are dedicated to providing safe and compliant temporary accommodation to vulnerable individuals. On behalf of the Home Office, Serco manages the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) for the Midlands and East of England. We focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation. As a member of our Gas team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive top-quality service. Your responsibilities will include reactive maintenance of gas appliances, performing Landlord’s safety certificates, and planned maintenance of gas appliances.
We understand that a comfortable work environment is crucial to job satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, along with a company vehicle and all necessary tools. - ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1 CKR1 and CENWAT
- Full Driving Licence
