As a Senior Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer, you lead the design, integration and maintenance of high-integrity EC&I systems across nuclear facilities. Essential experience of the Senior Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer:

Day-to-day, you’ll
- Leading the delivery of robust EC&I designs that meet nuclear safety, reliability and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support strategic nuclear programmes
- Interfacing with internal stakeholders such as project managers and commissioning engineers, and external partners including regulators and clients
- Ensuring all engineering outputs meet industry standards and site licence conditions
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation across EC&I systems and processes
Essential experience of the Senior Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer:
- Design and deliver EC&I systems in regulated environments
- Apply nuclear safety standards such as IEC 61508 and BS EN 61511
- Work within cross-functional teams on complex engineering projects
- Engage with regulators, clients and suppliers to resolve technical challenges
- Produce and review technical documentation including specifications and safety case contributions
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Instrumentation or a related discipline
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it (preferred)
