We work 37 hours per week for a full-time role and offer agile working with a minimum 3 days in the office for a full time staff member and we are happy to talk flexible working arrangements with you. We will provide you with a comprehensive induction programme, dedicated supervision and a commitment to your learning and development, with a robust Continuous Professional Development programme through our Practice Development Hub.

What You Will Need
To join us, you’ll need be a confident experienced qualified social work professional, educated to degree level or equivalent plus have registration with Social Work England as a social worker. You will be passionate about working collaboratively with our children, young people and families and delivering a service where children feel safe, are listened to and receive a timely creative and individual response. You will be focused on outcomes for children and young people; ensuring that intervention in children’s lives are meaningful and proportionate. You will a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a real desire to make a difference.
