As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role within the Finance, Leasing & Contracts workstream of our IT Business Relationship & Solution Design team. You will lead the design, implementation, and management of key IT projects focused on Subscriptions and Service Contracts, ensuring smooth project delivery from inception to completion.

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a key role within the Finance, Leasing & Contracts workstream of our IT Business Relationship & Solution Design team. You will lead the design, implementation, and management of key IT projects focused on Subscriptions and Service Contracts, ensuring smooth project delivery from inception to completion.
What you will be doing
- Take ownership of projects related to Subscriptions / Service Contracts, ensuring timelines, system configuration, testing, and training are met.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand system and process requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Work as part of a cross-functional scrum team, driving solution design, functional design, and implementation of system changes.
- Lead documentation of system configurations, designs, and processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Facilitate internal up-skilling sessions for IT Application Support and Shared Service Centre teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Manage data migration processes, assisting in the resolution of any issues.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes and ensure their implementation with senior management approval.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams and cultures.
- Proven experience in Subscription / Service Contracts, with a strong understanding of system processes.
- Ideally candidates will have strong business analytical skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical teams at senior levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A focus on delivering quality results, with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Oracle applications (e.g., Oracle eBusiness 11i, R12, Fusion) is highly desirable, though not essential.
- Experience in project management and integration between Cloud and non-Cloud modules would be a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second European language (French, Spanish, or German) is a bonus.
