Do you have experience of working with challenging behaviour? We are looking for experienced Support Workers who have experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities.

Applicants must be willing to drive a company vehicle to assist service users to be able to go out to different places.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism.
- Help with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, cooking and general household tasks
- Participate in hobbies, supporting with social engagements and enabling our people to live their best life
- Administer medication as required
- Complete daily care plans
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and to protect the adults’ rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect
- Previous experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities is advantageous
- You will be passionate about making a difference
- Have the ability to adapt to difficult situations
- Possess a positive and caring nature
- Be energetic and understanding
- Display a good sense of humour
