4-WEEK SABBATICAL| After every 5 years here you will receive an additional 4 weeks off to spend it doing whatever you want.

About The Role
We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars & hotels are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer, customer service and hotel experience at all times.
In this rare opportunity to join our Hotel Crew in our 18 bedroom boutique hotel, you will be working as part of our amazing reception team to ensure our guests have an epic stay.
Reception shifts include being a great host and the first port of call when arriving in the hotel and bar, supporting the Management Team in the operational running of the hotel reception, managing the reservation systems, responding to enquires and taking bookings, handling bespoke reservations requests, and coordinating the check in/out process to ensure our guests are welcomed into a stand-out venue inside and out.
You’ll be led by an experienced Management Team alongside a large team of passionate & confident individuals. Made up of a team in the kitchen, on the floor, behind the bar and in the hotel.
About You
You’ll have an excellent standard of customer service skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
You'll be dedicated and flexible - this role within BrewDog will require a working pattern of different days throughout the week and weekends.
Previous experience working in a hotel operation is required, we are also happy to provide additional training for the right candidates
