We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team to work on a cutting-edge AI project for one of our existing clients. This is a standalone product, where you will build the UI and work alongside a cross functional team made up of Backend Engineers, AI Engineers, Delivery Managers and Product Designers.

Things you will be doing:

  • Translate visual designs into app components with extremely high fidelity.
  • Deliver scalable, testable, maintainable, and high-quality code
  • Share knowledge, evangelise standard methodologies, and collaborate and ability to develop and guide others
  • You will configure the front end's continuous integration and code-quality tools. (GitHub Actions, GCP)
  • Assume responsibility for the technical design and implementation of solutions to complex features.
  • Collaborate with the backend team to design APIs (OpenAPI) to support front-end requirements.
  • Partner with product and design teams to deliver a cohesive user experience
  • Drive things forward and influence skills to promote ideas and plans

Your Experience:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in an Agile development environment and building medium/large-scale web applications
  • You have strong fundamentals in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
  • Familiar with the latest trends and toolings (State management, React Query, Vite, Styled Component etc.)
  • Familiarity with MonoRepo ecosystem and MicroFrontend
  • You care about user experience and have experience collaborating with multi-functional partners (e.g. product, design, user research) to build responsive, intuitive applications.
  • Passionate about code quality, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
  • Familiar with component-based ecosystems. (design systems, Storybook, Figma
  • Proficient with modern testing frameworks (e.g., cypress/playwright)
  • You have an in-depth understanding of front-end architecture and performance experience optimisation.
  • Experienced with git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines(like Github Actions) and containers
  • You have excellent communication skills and can demonstrate your ideas, especially to those not technologically proficient.

  • Outside IR35.
  • Fully remote (UK based)
  • 30 days work, covering 10 weeks and 5 sprints.
  • 19th May start date
