Where will you be working?

Our Rail team manages a wide range of specialist rail engineering works and projects delivering civils, track, power, electrical solutions and station structures across all rail routes in the UK.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Office Management and wider team
• You'll organise meetings, attend and take minutes
• Good use of Excel and Microsoft Programmes
• Use of Client Programmes - Including Estimation of time
• Arrange and Book Traffic Management / Possessions - Keep track of upcoming traffic management / Possessions
• File documents for the team
• Apply and Coordinate Buried Services for the team
• Upload Data to Site Tracker
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Highly organised and able to work well to deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to adapt well to new software systems
• Work well within a team and equally enjoy working autonomously
• Good communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
