Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of the department, providing essential administrative support and assisting in the management of cases and claims.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including:
    • Data entry using internal and online systems.
    • Gathering and organizing information from case documents.
    • Assisting with case administration tasks.
    • Preparing documents and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Perform general office duties such as:
    • Photocopying, filing, and scanning.
    • Maintaining an organized and tidy workspace.
  • Assist in the processing and management of claims.

About You

  • Minimum educational qualifications equivalent to GCSE level (preferably in Maths and English).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good numeracy skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
