As an FPGA Consultant, you will get to tackle diverse, real-world challenges from the ground up. Typically, this will involve going through the whole product life cycle, you’ll capture, design, develop, document, test, and deliver through to the prototype production. Awerian’s wide variety of intriguing projects, from proof-of-concept through to working prototypes, provide both intellectual and practical challenges.
Requirements
You will ideally have 3+ years relevant experience working in FPGA firmware development (in VHDL/Verilog, using a toolchain such as Vivado / Quartus), have a proven track record of design and implementation of technological solutions, and hold a relevant degree. Experience in developing Digital Signal Processing algorithms is highly advantageous.
In addition, experience in any of the following is desirable:

- DSP/system modelling in MATLAB/Simulink
- Electronics development
- Embedded software development (typically with C/C++ and Linux expertise)
- RADAR or communications applications
- Software Defined Radios (SDRs)
