About The Role Of Fleet Administrator

In this role you will be assisting the team in administrating all fleet related activities. You will ensure compliance through overseeing the requirements through Fleet Management tools.

You will undertake and implement continual improvements that contribute to the development of our business.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Monitoring daily vehicle checks
  • Liaising with garages and workshops in regards to repairs etc
  • Service record keeping
  • Monitoring key dates (MOT, Tax, Certifications)
  • Vehicle Handover Reports
  • Sourcing and ordering vehicles and parts, negotiating with suppliers
  • Monitoring external repairs
  • Responding to PCN’s and Road Traffic Offences
  • Filing of Service Documents
  • Administrating vehicle insurance claims
  • Working closely with management on warranty repairs, accident repairs and routine maintenance
  • Ensuring all road traffic accident report forms are completed
  • Any other ad hoc Fleet Administration.

What Looks Good For a Fleet Administrator

As this is a fast-paced position, we would require you to be self motivated, positive and organised.

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • Good timekeeping and reliability
