We're looking for a skilled and motivated Plant Mechanic/Driver to join our high-performing Plant & Tool division. If you're passionate about machinery, thrive on solving problems, and want to be part of a business that's growing fast—this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

As a Plant Mechanic/Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet of diggers, dumpers, and hand tools hire-ready. You'll carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs—both in the depot and occasionally on customer sites—ensuring our equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to go when our customers need it.

Your duties will also include loading, delivery and collection of hire equipment to and from the customer site in a timely and professional manner, demonstration (if required) and completing any relevant checks and administration involved for the hire.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role offering real career progression in a company that invests in its people.

What You'll Bring

• A relevant mechanical qualification (or time served)
• Experience in a similar position
• Experience in contractors plant and tools
• A valid driving licence
