Pay Rate: £28,000 - £32,606.84 (dependant on experience)

Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 (06.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 22.00pm - Rotating)

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.

• Managerial experience - 12-18months (Essential)
• Previous operations experience
• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
