Role And Responsibilities

• This role is ideal for a fire and security engineer looking to get off the tools
• 80 of the role is customer support: identifying and solving issues with fire and security equipment
• Working with equipment such as CCTV, Door entry, Access Control, fire Alarms, Smoke Detection
• Liaising with Installers to help program and set:up equipment
• Conducting training sessions remote or on:site
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• Experience as a fire and secuirty engineer
• 5 years experience of security system installation
• Good customner service skills
• Experience of training others
