The Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the financial management of the organisation, ensuring robust financial reporting, and supporting strategic business growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage full financial reporting cycle and statutory accounts preparation
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial controls and procedures
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights
• Manage and develop the finance team's capabilities and performance
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  
  

Profile

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with minimum 5-7 years' financial leadership experience
• Proven track record in retail or fast-moving consumer goods sector
• Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
