Customer Care Coordinator (3 days a week, Office based role)

Role Details:


Location: Hertfordshire (office-based)


Hours: 3 days per week


Salary: £24,000 per annum pro rata + bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Engage with care home managers to gather feedback and maintain strong partnerships.
• Customer Support: Handle complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordination: Assist with the onboarding of new care homes, schedule eye test sessions, and organise resident appointments.
• Administration: Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication between care homes and our opticians.
• Deliver Excellence: Be the key link ensuring our services run seamlessly and meet the highest standards.

• Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Relationship Management: Experience in customer care or healthcare administration, with excellent interpersonal skills.
