The opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Business Modeler, within the Future Combat Air business unit at our Leonardo site in Luton. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity of going permanent.

What You’ll Do As a Business Modeler
The candidate will manage and be responsible for the financial and project modelling aspects of Leonardo UK Tri-lateral development program, establishing appropriate financial & commercials models to inform the UK management team of the best international solution.

What You’ll Do As a Business Modeler
The candidate will manage and be responsible for the financial and project modelling aspects of Leonardo UK Tri-lateral development program, establishing appropriate financial & commercials models to inform the UK management team of the best international solution.
- You will be responsible for various modelling activities for work allocations decisions, utilizing various financial & program data available.
- Supporting various Senior leadership team members with appropriate support in negotiations, with information on Economic value propositions for a Joint Venture set up structure.
- Reconciling financial data and resolving problems/issues where appropriate to ensure integrity of information provided.
- Support National Value activities within the MoD to ensure that the future FCAS portfolio demonstrate to the UK MoD, how the program supports and protects UK
- Support the financial input required as part of the bid process.
- Excellent Financial Modelling experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with a challenging mind-set
- Proactive in approach
- Ability to re-prioritise to meet key deadlines
- Focus on high quality output and support
- Advanced Excel and proficient in MS Office
- CIMA /ACCA qualified desirable
