The Role

With previous bookkeeping experience, preferably within the tech start-up and or market research space, you will be confident in taking ownership of the company’s financial process and day-to-day tasks, to keep us on track.

As a fast-growing start-up business you will be crucial in supporting all our teams and with sharing key information to external stakeholders.

The Role And Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day financial transactions
  • Payroll and pensions
  • Issuing sales invoices
  • Processing invoices, receipts, payments
  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Working closely with counterpart in Turkey to consolidate accounts
  • Quarterly management reports (P&L, BS, Cash Flow)
  • Reconcile taxes, payroll taxes 401K, and bank accounts at the end of Each month.

Essential

  • Min 2 years experience in bookkeeping
  • Relevant associate degree in accounting or business management.
  • Experience of using Quickbooks and/or Xero accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Fluent with MS office
  • AAT qualification, desirable

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The starting salary for this position is £33,000 gross per year (full-time). As we are a digital-first, fast-growing market research company, the actual compensation package will depend on your qualifications and prior experience — so a higher salary may be offered to the right candidate.
